Example #1
Strategic Planning
We work with school and district leaders through a process to determine long-term goals with a clear and easy path on how to reach them. This includes milestones, budgeting, and professional development. We provide plenty of resources to help schools and districts reach these turning points.
Example #2
Professional Development
We can help plan or lead professional development sessions that are directly tied to short and long-term goals. We have experience with vertical and hozirontal curriculum alignment, standards based grading, effective teaching practices that are easily transferrable to the classroom, and team building.
We collaborate with school and district leaders to understand their currect status toward their goals, roadblocks that have or may come about, and figure out specific timelines to reach those goals.
Planning Support
We provide planning support for individual or multi-day professional development sessions. We work with the school/district leaders to plan accordingly.
Leading Staff PD
We can also lead or co-lead professional development sessions for staff based on single or multi-day contracts. These would be planned with the school/district leader to ensure it is inline with their stregic planning goals.
Professional Development Resources
We can provide pre-designed professional development templates that can be adjusted for each school/district.
All-Inclusive
We work alongside school/district leaders to create specific PD that can be lead by either you, by us, or together. This would include long-term PD planning plans and resrouces that can be used in the future. Supprot would be provided throughout.
